Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Humm, a business service operated by White Cat Advertising SRL.
1. The Service
Humm enables authorized business users to connect supported communication channels, monitor customer comments and reviews, define topics and response rules, generate AI-assisted drafts, publish configured replies, and route unclear situations for human review.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and use Humm only for organizations and connected-platform accounts that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for maintaining appropriate permissions within your organization.
3. Connected platforms
Your use of Google, YouTube, Meta, WhatsApp and other connected platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms and policies. Humm does not guarantee continued access to a third-party API or feature. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.
4. Customer instructions and content
You control the brands, topics, rules, reply modes and assignees configured in Humm. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of content submitted to Humm and of replies published under your instructions.
5. AI-assisted features
AI-generated classifications and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. You must use suitable confidence thresholds, human review and escalation rules for sensitive situations. Humm must not be used to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Humm unlawfully, deceptively or abusively; to send spam; to infringe rights; to bypass platform restrictions; to introduce harmful code; or to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve the Service. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties, or where these Terms are materially breached. On termination, connected credentials will be revoked or rendered unusable and data will be handled under the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Humm is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Contract-specific liability terms, service levels and fees are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
